Work with me

The masthead.

Four ways to put twenty years of commercial architecture to work inside your business. Prices are stated, not negotiated into existence — you should know what this costs before you write to me.

The short version

If your revenue has outgrown the relationships that built it, or your partnership function is producing logos instead of income, that is the problem I am useful for.

The offers

Four engagements

Every engagement starts with the same diagnosis — commercial architecture, partnership P&L, forecast discipline. What changes is the depth and the clock.

Advisory retainer

From $8,000 / month

A standing seat on your commercial strategy. Monthly working sessions with the leadership team, plus asynchronous access between them. Three-month minimum, because nothing structural moves in less.

  • Commercial architecture review
  • Pricing and partner structure
  • Quarterly forecast discipline
  • Direct access between sessions

  • Market and partner due diligence
  • Cross-border partnership structures
  • Talent and delivery pipelines
  • On-the-ground introductions

  • 45–60 minute keynote
  • Half-day executive workshop
  • Panels, firesides and moderation
  • Campus rates on request

How it runs

Four steps, no mystery

The same sequence whether you are booking one workshop or a twelve-month retainer. Nobody signs anything before step two.

01 · The call
Thirty minutes. You describe the number that is not moving; I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.If I am not, I will usually know who is.
02 · The diagnosis
A short written read on where the commercial model is leaking, and what the first ninety days would address.Delivered before any proposal, so you can judge the thinking, not the pitch.
03 · The work
Monthly working sessions with the people who own the numbers, plus asynchronous access between them.Decisions are written down. That is not a formality — it is the method.
04 · The handover
Every engagement ends with your team able to run the model without me.Frameworks, templates and the forecast discipline stay with you.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't

A good fit

Founders scaling past the reach of their own network. Enterprises whose partnership function produces visibility instead of revenue. Companies entering or leaving the African market who would rather not pay tuition for it. Teams that can make a decision and hold it.

Not a fit

Anyone looking for a name on a slide, an introduction they could make themselves, or validation for a decision already taken. If what you need is more logos rather than more revenue, we would both waste a quarter finding that out.

He said in one sentence what our strategy deck took forty slides to avoid saying.

Questions

Before you write

Minimum term?
Three months on advisory. Structural change does not happen in less, and I would rather decline than take a fee for a month of meetings.
Do you take equity?
Occasionally, alongside a reduced cash retainer, where the stage and the alignment make sense. Ask.
Remote or in person?
Both. Retainers run remotely with quarterly in-person sessions where the travel earns its cost. Workshops are better in a room.
Where are you based?
Austin, Texas and Lagos, Nigeria — working across both time zones and comfortable with either as the centre of gravity.
